Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of INFINITI of South Miami, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period: The promotion ends January 20th, 2025. All test drives must be completed before this time.
Entry Requirements: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants must visit INFINITI of South Miami for a test drive and submit an entry form during the promotion period. Limit one entry per person.
Winner Selection and Notification: Tickets will be awarded via random drawing on January 21st, 2025. Winners will be notified by phone or email. Winners must claim their prizes within 5 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. INFINITI of South Miami reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Taxes: There may be taxes associated with your prize. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.
Liability Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless INFINITI of South Miami, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Miscellaneous: INFINITI of South Miami reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes if tampering, fraud, technical failures, or other causes compromise the integrity of the promotion. Any disputes will be governed by Florida law and resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade, Florida.
Privacy: Participant information collected during the promotion will be used only for the administration of the sweepstakes and not shared with third parties.
